Medical Aesthetics Combining Medical Grade Technology

Skin Rejuvenation, Skin Tightening, Pigmentation & Vascular Lesion Correction

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Photo Facials, a non-invasive and safe Med-Aesthetic Laser System for Skin Rejuvenation that gives a younger, fresher, glowing look to your skin. It simultaneously treats the 3 main elements of sun-damaged, environmentally-polluted and aging skin by eliminating tiny blood vessels, pigmented spots and improving skin texture.

IPL Photo Facials are suitable for the face, neck, chest, shoulder, back, arms ad hands.

The following skin conditions can be treated:

  • Sun / Age Spots / Solar Lentigo
  • Poikiloderma / Mottled Pigmentation / Melasma
  • Dilated Capillaries / Broken Blood Vessels
  • Rosacea / Erythema
  • Enlarged Pores / Rough Skin Texture
  • Fine Lines & Wrinkles
  • Acne

How It Works

Our Med-Aesthetic technology utilizes the "selective photothermolysis" method, which targets specific areas of the skin such as pigment, blood vessels, and collagen fibers. This process is achieved without damaging the skin's surface and with minimal downtime after treatment. The technology reaches deep into the skin to stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin fibers, improving the skin's tone and elasticity.

During treatment, clients may experience a slight prickling sensation, but no pain. The pulsed light is absorbed by the oxyhemoglobin in the blood vessels, coagulating the blood and causing the vessels to break up into tiny particles that are naturally filtered away through the lymphatic system. Similarly, pigmented lesions disappear or rise to the surface and are naturally exfoliated within 1-2 weeks.

For optimum results, we recommend a typical regimen of 4-6 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart. Clients as young as 25 can benefit from this advanced aesthetic procedure. Results may vary depending on the client's age and daily routine, but 70% of women in our case studies have seen results lasting up to 5 years. Regular clinical facials and proper skincare are essential for maintaining results and the health and vitality of your skin post-IPL treatments.

To ensure your safety, we will review your complete medical history during a consultation prior to laser treatments.

How To Prep Before Light Therapy

Dermatologists and skincare experts agree that prepping the skin properly is essential for achieving optimal results. In the weeks leading up to your IPL Photo Therapy, it’s important to nourish and strengthen the skin's barrier to minimize irritation and maximize the light therapy benefits. Hydration is key—this includes using products rich in hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture, alongside barrier-supporting ingredients like ceramides and peptides.

Skincare professionals often recommend incorporating AlumierMD’s Prep & Enhance Kits, which are designed to create the ideal foundation for professional advanced treatments. These kits, formulated with clinically proven ingredients, help condition the skin, balance hydration, and reduce sensitivity. The preparation phase is especially crucial for those with sensitive or reactive skin types, as it helps prevent post treatment irritation and downtime.
