BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

CONFIDENT IMAGE CHEZ FRANCE is a private, by-appointment-only clinic. As there is no reception desk and the building is shared by several independent practitioners, we ask that you wait until you receive a text from your service provider before entering.

Your service provider will greet you at the entrance and escort you in for your appointment. This allows us to maintain a private, peaceful and uninterrupted experience for every client.

All appointments are booked online through Vagaro, which require you to create an account. Once your appointment is accepted, you will receive a text/email confirmation. Two appt. reminder will be sent; 24 hrs. and 1 hr. before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are free of charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $20 fee.

INITIAL VISIT – NEW CLIENTS

All new clients are required to complete a consultation form sent through Vagaro. When you book your appointment, you will receive a notification via email to complete this online form. By providing more information beforehand, this will help ensure a more thorough and effective treatment plan. We ask that you complete the consultation truthfully, outlining your overall medical history. All information is held in strictest confidence. Additional time will be allotted to your first visit if you have not been able to complete the online consultation form.

NO SHOW/FORGOT YOUR APPOINTMENT/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Though we understand life happens and emergencies are beyond your control, we have policies in effect. You are welcome to access your account via Vagaro to make changes to your booking at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Should you miss your visit without proper notification or cancel within the 24 hour timeframe, the no-show/cancellation fee of $20 will be charged at your next visit. This charge does not count as a deposit to future appointments or toward retail.

Confident Image reserves the right to require full prepayment of future appointments after two consecutive missed appointments. Please call/text 905-931-0686 or email info@confidentimage.ca if you need assistance to reschedule within the 24 hr time frame before your appointment.

Should your service provider experience an emergency and need to reschedule/cancel your appointment within the 24hr window, we will do our best to provide another service provider or cancel and reschedule your appointment at the earliest available date.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Single Treatments are final sale and non-refundable.

Promotional Packages* cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount and are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, management may, at its discretion, approve a transfer to another individual or an in-clinic credit for any unused value that may remain. Any credit is determined by calculating the regular price of the services already received against the original package price. Depending on this calculation, there may be no remaining credit available. Any approved in-clinic credit must be used toward regular-priced treatments and cannot be applied to retail products, promotional packages, discounts, or other special offers.

Package Treatments must be booked according to the recommended treatment plan and will expire one year from the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates are available in $100 denominations and expire one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed during the months of November and December.

Retail Products purchased in clinic or online: All retail home care products purchased are final sale. For any allergic reactions to products, please get in touch with your skin therapist at info@confidentimage.ca, and provide photos and details of your reaction within the first 7 days of using the products. We will carefully assess your reaction and provide solutions to calm any inflammation. If needed, we may exchange your product for another product of equal or lesser value. METHODS OF PAYMENT, TAXES AND GRATUITIES

We accept Interac Debit, Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer or Cash. For security, we do not keep large amounts of cash in the clinic to provide change, so please ensure you have the exact amount of cash if this is your preferred method of payment. Taxes and gratuities are not included in prices. Gratuities are at your discretion and are well appreciated.

* Promotional package pricing is available by Debit, Cash or e-Transfer. This allows us to pass the savings directly onto you rather than paying credit card processing surcharges. Prefer to pay your package by credit card? It is available upon request with a 2.4% processing fee (as per Government Of Canada Surcharge Rules) will apply at checkout.
